I recently stayed at Pullman JLT, and the experience was absolutely delightful! The hotel is perfectly located, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay or work trip just around the corner. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and cozy, with thoughtful details, and the view from the window is simply breathtaking. Housekeeping was impeccable — a special thanks to Shee for her exceptional attention and care. I would also like to highlight the hotel lunches — everything was delicious and varied. What truly impressed us, however, was the outstanding level of service and hospitality. Our heartfelt thanks go to Pari, Rosem, Sadekchhya, Septi, Karyshree, and Alekh for their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests. They made us feel completely at home. Pullman JLT has set a perfect example of what high-level hotel service should be. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was excellent, and the location is very close to Dubai Marina, just a 10 minute walk, which has all the amenities, restaurants, cafes, fruit and food stores, and even the Marina Mall is only about a 20 minute walk away. The Marina promenade is over 7 km long and is beautiful, especially at night. From my bed in the room, the view was of the Burj Al Arab. The restaurant staff was phenomenal, as was the reception and everyone else. We celebrated the 53rd UAE National Day with them and they even made us a special cake to say goodbye to in the restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Excellent room apart from storage. There was an adjoining door where the wardrobe should be thus no room to unpack clothes. We didn't like the qr code on the TV for information on the facilities, it was inconvenient and the information didn't include the times or locations of restaurants etc. There was more information in the elevator! The room included tea making facilities and a Nespresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was excellent. Once again all the staff were friendly and efficient.

Fantastic location easily accessible by Metro in 3'. Spacious room with splendid views but most important a friendly and warm staff in all locations ,who made you really feel at home or even better . Front desk staff Mario , Intan , Danu to name few of all other beautiful there there , Farah in helping people in breakfast area and so on . It was an experience to remember and of course to come back during next trip .
