Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers

Excellent room apart from storage. There was an adjoining door where the wardrobe should be thus no room to unpack clothes. We didn't like the qr code on the TV for information on the facilities, it was inconvenient and the information didn't include the times or locations of restaurants etc. There was more information in the elevator! The room included tea making facilities and a Nespresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was excellent. Once again all the staff were friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was good in a buffet form. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. From the greeters at the door untill the staff serving breakfast, I was very impressed with their work. The rooms are spacious and you get a big amount of free water each day, and the room was cleaned very fast every day. I can recommend this hotel in Dubai

The hotel offered a truly comfortable stay with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, Intan, Alliah, Mike, Mandip, Mohammad and Chelsea. Great location, just a short walk to the metro. Comfortable beds and spotless rooms. I greatly appreciate the staff’s efforts in ensuring my comfort and addressing all my needs with a smile especially Intan and Alliah.

Location was comfortable for my places of biz visits. Breakfast good enough and very friendly, room clean and had balcony as I requested. Comfortable furniture plan in the room and good table if need to work with you laptop(enough space on the surface of the table).Also I liked pencils instead of pens to make notes.

Room - sizable, quiet and clean. Breakfast - good on the first day but I stayed for four nights waking up to the same breakfast. Almost tempted to order McDonald’s on my last two days. 😅 Location - very convenient and near to the metro if need to travel out of the JLT/Dubai Marina area.
